Owing to high demand, notary appointments are allocated by lottery. Entering does not guarantee an appointment — most entries are unsuccessful — and is not required for self-notarizing applicants, who may proceed directly to timestamping. You may re-enter as often as you wish, including immediately after an unsuccessful draw.
