Dept. 0 Reception & Triage
Where every application begins. Reception registers your visit, records your consent, and captures your correspondence preferences.
Dept. 1 Identity Pre-Verification
Establishes the provisional facts of your identity and confirms, at the appropriate level, that you exist.
Dept. 2 Cross-References
Verifies that the records held about you are internally consistent by cross-referencing them against one another.
Dept. 3 Fees & Stamps
Assesses processing fees and administers waivers, proofs and refunds. No payment is ever collected.
Dept. 4 Notarization
Authorises and timestamps the notarization of your file, producing the certified seals required for assembly.
Dept. 5 Compliance & Disclaimers
Handles regulatory declarations, retention acknowledgements and disclosures.
Dept. 6 Final Assembly
Consolidates every reference into a single dossier, reviews it, and issues your Identity Reference Number.
Dept. 7 Applicant Support
Assists applicants whose files will not progress, and administers the case paperwork our support officers require before they can help.
Dept. 8 Quality Assurance
Safeguards the consistency and integrity of every application through self-audits, checklists and peer review before and after processing.
Dept. 9 Records & Archival
Classifies, retains and archives application records in accordance with our published retention schedule.
