Applicant Support

The Applicant Support department exists for the moments when the ordinary forms are not enough. If your file has come to a halt and you cannot see the way forward, this is where you formalise a support case. Please note that our officers, like every other department, work strictly from paperwork: before a support officer can extend any courtesy to your file, your support case must first be properly authorised here.
