Identifly (“we”, “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy and to handling the limited information we process responsibly and in accordance with applicable data-protection law.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to operate the service:
- A randomly generated, anonymous session identifier stored in a cookie, used to remember your progress during your visit.
- If you choose to receive correspondence, the email address you enter. We do not require your real name, postal address or any other personal identifier.
- Basic technical information necessary to serve the site, such as the pages you request.
2. How we use your information
We use this information solely to provide the service you requested, to deliver the messages you ask us to send, and to protect the service against misuse. We do not build advertising profiles.
3. Data retention
We retain application and session data for a maximum of 7 days, after which it is automatically and permanently deleted. Data may be retained beyond this period only where strictly necessary to investigate or prevent abuse, fraud or security incidents, and only for as long as that purpose requires.
