F45 — Records Disposal Pre-Authorization

At the very end of the records lifecycle, an authorised disposal certificate permits the secure destruction of a record once its retention period has elapsed. This form pre-authorises that eventual disposal and produces a disposal reference. No record is ever disposed of before its time.
