F45 — Records Disposal Pre-Authorization

Please note before pre-authorising disposal

A record pre-authorised for disposal has completed its lifecycle and leaves the issuance pathway. If you have not yet obtained your Identity Reference Number, it cannot afterwards be issued against this file, and the pre-authorization cannot be revoked. Reference numbers already in your possession remain valid, and nothing prevents you from proceeding under a fresh application. If you intend to obtain a number, obtain it first and return here afterwards.
