Publishing your consent

Open any approved publication service in a new tab, create a document whose text includes the words I AGREE in capital letters, and copy the address of its plain-text version. Approved services are listed on the form. The address must point at the plain text of your document rather than the decorated page, as this department is not equipped to read decoration. Documents are retrieved once and the result is retained; you need not keep the document online indefinitely, though we would prefer it.
